3. Shipping Fees
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process. We provide fixed and calculated rates depending on the weight and volume of your skin care items.

4. Domestic and International Shipping
We provide shipping to local addresses and most international territories. Please be aware that shipping to some remote rural areas may incur additional delivery time.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can monitor your delivery directly through the carrier's tracking portal.

6. Failed Deliveries and Incorrect Addresses
It is your responsibility to provide a correct shipping address. We are not liable for orders that are undelivered or delivered incorrectly due to an invalid shipping address provided by the customer. Re-shipping costs will be at the customer’s expense.

Aesthetic Aura is not responsible for products damaged or lost during the shipping process. If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately to report the issue and preserve all packaging for claim processing.
